Partner

Thank you for your interest in potentially partnering with our global community. We are doing something special here – something that addresses a "negative externality" from the dynamic core of capitalism (i.e., from "Creative Destruction" which is at once and the same time a driver of growth in living standards, and a driver of instability and layoffs – you can read more about our philosophy in Never Search Alone).

If you want to help us by partnering, then here is what our stretched-to-the-max volunteer team has come up with as a process.

Step 1: Submit a Proposal to Us

To partner with us, prepare a proposal that includes:

  1. How your software, tool or service (STOS) will improve the job seeker experience, or how it will improve the back-end experience for our volunteers.
  2. How your STOS aligns with our values and methodology outlined in Never Search Alone.
  3. How we can test your STOS.
  4. What you propose to pay. We ask all partners to pay. The money does not go into our pockets, instead it goes towards covering the increasing costs of running this community – a community which has been built with more than 25 years of work, thousands of volunteers, and underwritten by 150% of books sales. (Note: the only exception to this rule is if there is no business model to the STOS – especially if it's been built by a Never Search Alone member who wants to give it to the community).
  5. Confirm you understand that you will also provide your STOS for free to job seekers (note: we don't accept proposals from potential partners that seek to charge our members).

Step 2: Evaluation
We will evaluate your proposal and your STOS. And then we'll let you know if we accept your proposal.

Step 3: Implementation
If we accept your proposal, then our volunteer team will work with your team to roll out your STOS and integrate it into our program.

To Submit

To submit a proposal consistent with the terms above, email it to Margarette Mendoza.

Thanks for potentially helping us build this global volunteer-driven safety net for anyone laid-off or let go!

Best,

The Volunteer Team
